You’re tired of holding it all together—navigating anxiety, relationship strain, mood swings, or the chaos of ADHD—while feeling more disconnected from yourself and your people than ever. Something isn’t working, and deep down, you’re ready to stop pretending and start figuring it out. I work with individuals and couples to break through stuck patterns and reconnect with what matters most: your values, your voice, and your capacity for meaningful connection. My work is relational at its core—whether we’re untangling communication breakdowns in your relationship or helping you manage overwhelming thoughts and emotions. With a background in treating ADHD, anxiety, and mood disorders, I draw from a range of approaches—including ACT, EFT, CBT, RLT, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, DBT, and the Gottman Method—to tailor therapy to your unique needs. Using their principles to inform a flexible, real-world approach to healing. Therapy with me is honest, direct, and grounded in respect. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to be ready to start.
