Hey there! This is your friendly neighborhood Gothippie Therapist! I’m passionate about supporting individuals ages 13 to 35 as they navigate life’s challenges. My focus is on creating a safe, affirming space for all seeking treatment and acceptance. I understand that feeling different or judged can be isolating, and I’m here to remind you that you’re not alone.
I specialize in working with those struggling with Oppositional Defiant Disorder, impulse control issues, teens involved in the criminal justice system, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, chronic suicidal ideation, self-harm, autoimmune illnesses, and infertility stressors. Additionally, I offer emotional support and guidance for teens and adults coping with terminal illness. I am affirming and supportive of the LGBTQ+, Kink, and polyamory communities.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I draw from a variety of modalities to create a personalized treatment experience that resonates with you. I believe in the healing power of creativity and open to creative approaches incorporating arts and music into our sessions, allowing for cathartic expression and emotional release.
I want to help you find hope and resilience, even in the face of adversity. Let’s go on a Side Quest in life where we can explore unique and creative paths to healing, harnessing the restorative power of nature and self-expression! If you’re ready to embark on this journey toward understanding and growth, I invite you to reach out. Let’s work together to celebrate your individuality and foster the change you seek.
