Lauren Ross
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LISW
(she, her)
As Rupi Kuar writes, “If you were born with the strength to fall, you were born with the strength to rise.” Often, we forget that phases are temporary when we are down. We all know where we “want” to be, and sometimes need an extra perspective into getting us there. Whether you are freshly beginning college, struggling to find a work/life balance, or experiencing burnout, working through stressors can be difficult to face alone. Practicing from a person-centered and holistic approach, I enjoy working alongside my clients to develop personalized goals to allow room for their growth and healing.
I specialize in working with teens, adults who are struggling to cope with life changes and adversities, men's mental health, in addition to caregivers and young mothers.
