(she, her)

Erin is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from BGSU. She has been a practicing therapist since 2019.

Erin is a compassionate and experienced therapist who specializes in helping clients address anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, trauma/PTSD, life transitions, and recovery from relationship abuse. Erin also offers guidance to those seeking to deepen their spirituality and explore identity and belief system-related topics. Additionally, Erin is dedicated to supporting individuals navigating neurodivergence-as an openly neurodivergent clinician herself, Erin offers an innate understanding of the unique experiences and needs of this population. This lived experience enhances her ability to create a validating, affirming, and effective therapeutic space.

Erin’s method of therapy can be described as holistic, developmental, and eclectic. While emphasizing the importance of counselor authenticity, she utilizes a wide array of diverse approaches and techniques. Erin’s treatment approach focuses heavily on nervous system regulation and improving the connection between the mind and body. Known for her down-to-earth and nonjudgmental demeanor, Erin thrives in working with individuals who feel they don'tfit into "regular" society. Erin assists each of her clients in owning the parts of themselves theyare most afraid to embrace. Her ultimate goal as a counselor is to help her clients become the best version of themselves, therefore aligning them more closely with the life and outlook they desire.

As a culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, Erin creates a welcoming and inclusive space for all clients. She provides therapy for both individuals and couples, tailoring her approach to meet each person's unique needs, preferences, strengths, and experiences.
