Life can feel heavy at times, especially when you’re carrying experiences that have shaped you in ways you didn’t choose. I believe no one should have to navigate those moments alone. My therapeutic approach is grounded in compassion, empowerment, and genuine connection, and I strive to meet clients exactly where they are.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals of all ages can process their experiences, gain insight, and move toward healing.
I have extensive experience working with children and teens in the foster care system, as well as supporting families through challenging life transitions. Much of my work has centered on helping young individuals and their caregivers navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and the emotional stress that often comes with major change. These experiences have strengthened my belief in the resilience of children and families and the importance of compassionate, individualized care.
In addition to my work with youth, I also enjoy supporting adults who are managing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress, or life transitions. I draw from a client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs. I value reflection and collaboration in the therapeutic relationship, and I aim to create a therapeutic space where clients feel understood, empowered, and capable of meaningful change.
I am committed to helping clients of all ages build confidence, deepen self-awareness, and enhance emotional well-being. Whether you are a child, teen, or adult, I’m here to walk alongside you as you gain clarity, confidence, and strength.
If you feel we may be a good fit, I would be honored to be part of your healing journey.
